My Background
Before training as a therapist, I spent over 20 years working in international business. This experience gives me a particular understanding of the pressures many professionals face, including perfectionism, workplace stress, career transitions, and balancing achievement with personal wellbeing.
My Qualifications
I am a British-qualified integrative therapist, trained at Regent’s University in London, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP)

About Me
Alongside my work as a therapist, I spent over 20 years working in international business and consumer insight. I understand the pressures that can come with demanding careers, high expectations, leadership responsibilities, career transitions, and the challenge of balancing achievement with personal wellbeing.
